These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile games and services provided by Lumiforge ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. In-App Purchases

Our apps may offer in-app purchases, including virtual currency, items, or features. All purchases are processed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s payment terms.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Purchased items are for personal use only and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify or remove items at any time

2. Subscriptions

Some features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

3. Free Trials

If a subscription includes a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are handled by Apple. We do not store or process your payment information. For billing issues, please contact Apple Support.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the services or attempt to exploit in-app purchases
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• Unauthorized purchases made through your account are your responsibility

6. Changes to Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the services, including pricing and subscription plans, at any time.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
